This eclectic nursery served as a one-of-a-kind setting for Lola’s newborn photos. These parents spent a lot of time and effort putting this unique nursery together. Every little detail has a significant meaning and purpose with sentimental charm and importance.
With details focused around their love of music and family members who have passed on, you can see how much care and attention has been put into this eclectic nursery. The warm tones of pink, orange, and yellow are carried throughout the nursery.
When preparing for newborn photos, I always encourage my clients to have a few outfits picked out for the baby that coordinate with what they are wearing. Newborn clothes are the cutest, so make sure you have something special picked out for your little one to wear. And, just in case, have a few back up outfits ready in case there is a messy diaper or spit up.
At home newborn photos offer a casual and authentic look to your newborn photos. I like to take a more natural and effortless approach to the newborn photos I capture, and being at home with a family is where they feel most comfortable and at ease. If you aren’t prepared to have newborn photos taken at home, that’s OK too! There are other options we can choose from when planning for newborn photos.
Being at home for your newborn photos also provides a variety of different options within your home to use. For example, we chose to not only take these newborn photos in the baby’s nursery, but we also took some newborn photos in their living room and main entryway of their home.
These clients booked the maternity + year one package, which captures maternity, newborn, 6-month, and 12-month milestones. So, once Lola is 6 months old, we will capture some photos of her and her family again!
